- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
- Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used to request them. Withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
- Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times.
- Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could result in processing delays.
- Deposit bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gaming Rules & Betting Terms

- All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be controlled or manipulated by any person.
- For Sports Betting, bets must be placed before the event begins. For live betting, bets are accepted up to a specified cut-off time.

Additional Sports Betting Terms:
- If a sports event is delayed by more than 48 hours from its scheduled date, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- If a match is abandoned or officially cancelled, all bets on that match will be declared void.

Account Closure & Service Termination
5777 pdt may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violating the Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
- As required by law or regulatory obligations.
Players may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining at the time of the request may be withdrawn.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
